Onderwerp: IPv6 Adres-ranges voor beginners

Even iets anders, FFFF = 65535 (decimaal).
En dat per block, dus 65535 * 6 maar dan krijg ik iet als 300 000 en niet 2^64

keer 6? ipv6 is toch 8 blokken?

En wat wil je precies berekenen? Het aantal IP's bij ipv6 is 16^32 of 2^128.

Je moet het zien als 1 heel lang getal opgedeeld in 8 blokken.
dan is de laatste waarde 16^0, een na laatste 16^1, daarna 16^2 enz..

niet 6x 65535, maar 65535 * 65535 * 65535 * 65535 * 65535 * 65535. Oftewel, 65535 tot de macht 6

en dan 8keer ipv 6

Oké, de server werkt weer
Maar ik kan vanaf buiten nog steeds niet IPv6 pingen

Traceroute geeft wel iets terug, maar die loopt vanuit Amsterdam

Sixxs.net licht er uit nu kan ik niet kijken of hij werkt.

Ik krijg van je IPv6 nog geen reply helaas

Hij schijnt het nu wel te doen maar mijn IPv6 tunnel licht uit dus kan ik niet testen

Via dit http://www.subnetonline.com/pages/ip...-ipv6-ping.php krijg ik door dat hij hem nu wel kan vinden.
