Do you need the 4 discs seperated or in a RAID-array ?

If it is possible to have 3 of them in a RAID 0 and the last for itself with OS that would be nice. If not it will be ok with them all separated.

Also need 5 IPs and preferably APC. If you have a good price on cpanel+fantastico that would also be ok.

The problem is that we work only with Dell hardware (therefor we can service our machines better if a problem should occur).

They don't offer a casing which allows more than 2 SATA HD's. For SCSI this is possible, but then the server would be more expensive than your given price range. Perhaps somebody with SuperMicro servers here can help you out, the have nice casings which fits more than 2 SATA disks.
