Are you sure that you need 1TB for development and is an 100Mbps Full-Duplex Uplink also good?

Are you sure that you need 1TB for development and is an 100Mbps Full-Duplex Uplink also good?

Over the last year my existing box has peaked at 800GB on a heavy month. I don't see it increasing too much, but I chose 1TB to be safe. Gbit uplink is preferred, but I'd consider 100Mbps.
