Wanneer ik een yum update doe of een installatie krijg ik een installatiefout

Oh ja ik draai op Centos 5.7 Final Release

Lijkt op een dns fout (check of je www.google.nl bijv kan resolven op die machine (ping www.google.nl))
lukt dat niet, kijk dan eens in /etc/resolve.conf eventueel kan je daarin zetten:
nameserver 8.8.8.8
(dns server van google)

lijkt toch echt DNS foutje of routing :-) "Temporary failure in name resolution" engelse tekst lijkt me duidelijk genoeg,ben benieuwd naar je etc/resolv.conf inhoud

Ik zou je afraden om de DNS van Google (8.8.8.8 en 8.8.4.4) te gebruiken in /etc/resolv.conf. SpamHaus werkt hier nl. niet mee. Gebruik bijv. OpenDNS hier in de plaats van (208.67.220.220 en 208.67.222.222).
