Onderwerp: Debian Sarge apt-get probleem met Python2.3

Ik probeer na wat problemen via APT python weer te installeren.

Er lijkt dus een error in de python-central files te zitten. Iemand dit eerder bij de hand gehad en een potentiele oplossing? Kan het handmatig compilen en installen van Python een oplossing bieden?

Volgens mij zou een

dpkg-reconfigure locales

kunnen helpen...

locales configuren/installeren lost het probleem niet op. Aangezien die warnings door apt gegenereerd worden, de reden waarom het package niet geinstalleerd word komt door een python script, niet door apt.

python-central is overigens een package wat niet nodig is om python te kunnen gebruiken.
