Spamhaus.org Exploits Block List

Sinds Januari heeft Spamhaus er een service bij en wel XBL wat staat voor Exploits Block List. Ik zou graag willen weten hoe jullie hier over denken en of jullie er gebruik van (gaan) maken.

The Spamhaus Exploits Block List (XBL) is a realtime database of IP addresses of illegal 3rd party exploits, including open proxies (HTTP, socks, AnalogX, wingate, etc), worms/viruses with built-in spam engines, and other types of trojan-horse exploits.

Ik weet niet wat er zo anders is aan hun XBL als aan hun SBL.
Ik bedoel scannen ze actief het internet af op dit? Het lijk mij dat de BL lijst aangemaakt wordt door meldingen van derden, dus zijn het toch weer de SourceIP's.
