Vandaag kwam ik voorbij dit interview met George A. Roberts IV (adel?), de persoon achter de eerste HostingCon. Zie hostingcon.com.

Als het niet in Chigaco was geweest, was ik waarschijnlijk wel heen geweest.

Nu vroeg ik mij af, zou zoiets ook niet in Nederland aanslaan? We zouden sprekers kunnen hebben van:

- Succesvolle hosters.
- KvK, belastingdienst.
- SIDN.
- Hostmerk.
- Marketeers/Sales mensen, nieuwste en aankomende trends.
- Techies, nieuwste trends in de techniek.
- etc (zie eens dit linkje).

Ik zie dat eigenlijk wel voor me . Wat vinden anderen hiervan? Zou je naar iets dergelijks willen? Denk je dat het uberhaupt wel iets is voor NL'ers?

Hmm, klinkt wel interessant. En toevallig zit ik op dat moment ook in Amerika. Ik weet alleen niet of ik in de beurt ben.

Dit ziet er wel interessant uit. Het is inderdaad best jammer dat dit niet plaatsvindt in Nederland. Ik denk zelf dat het een kwestie van tijd is. Amerika loopt al voor. Dit komt absoluut ook in Nederland.
