i just asked him again on msn he said he tryed calling them whole day long.

i know this is not a support forum but i just asked if someone can give me some feedbacks and maybe some number which he can reach them on.

Just e-mail to noc@iqarus.net and i am sure u will get a reply within 60 minutes. There is always somebody behind this e-mail.
