This strategic move will strengthen HostPapa's position as a cloud services platform for its customers, enabling digital transformation through strategic partnerships with telcos, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), resellers, agencies, and hyperscalers.

At the core of the acquisition is CloudBlue’s Connect and Commerce platform, featuring over 450 pre-built integrations that enable automated provisioning, subscription billing, and service orchestration across multi-tier partner ecosystems. The deal will also unlock the potential to transform key CloudBlue functionality that is especially well-suited to serve smaller and mid-sized channel partners.
