As for television, you likely have the option of Digitenne, a wireless
network by KPN (the former telecom monopolist). It requires a small indoor
antenna. Stations available:
http://www.digitenne.nl/athometv/zenderlijst.asp
Casema offers both standard and digital television. You can check the
stations available through
http://www.casema.nl/portal/page?_pa..._schema=PORTAL
and selecting "Den Haag".
As for Internet, you may have the option of Wanadoo by cable (besides its
usual ADSL).
You can find the available ADSL providers at your (future) address by
performing the "postcode check" at portal http://adsl.pagina.nl/, which
links you to http://www.adslwinkel.nl/.
I am not in Casema country, so I can't rate it. Horror stories and
disappointments occur everywhere - but I seem to have been spared by some
notable culprits. :-)
