Get a life, ISP's should sue people like Mendel for blackmailling them.

btw: do a search on google to find out who does more harm on the nl.* part
of usenet tiscali.nl or Mendel and be suprised.

Can their be an UDP for *megabot.nl, *mobach.nl and the name Mendel Mobach?

Mendel it suits you to call for an UDP on those domains, then we would
    really trust your judgement.

I don't think so. Most ISP like my action. And some internal people at tiscali

You don't understand us: We tried to start a contructive dialog for about

Because a moron like you is complaining about an ISP whom users should be
    filling the usenet with garbage.
But if you see how much garbage you are generating and see that you alone
have filled up 50% of the complete collection of Tiscali.nl postings in the
nl.* domain.... then people should get a small hint....

No just moron with a small view on the world.

I am complaining about the fact that you and those domains are the origin of
allot of postings that seem to be garbage to most of the people.
Allot of complains about ISP's, but the facts show that you and those
domains are responsable for more usenet traffic then the complaints about
    posting from accussed ISP's.

    Who are you ?
"You don't understand us" I rather not !!
If constructive dialog with "us" ends in blackmail, then you should be
    learned a lesson.

Don't you wonder why there are so little people supporting you ? Don't think
that the few people that support your 'great ideas' and your 'ethical'
feelings are shared by the majority of internet users.

more then 50% -of the 8 million- users don't even know what usenet is, of
those who know probally some 10% use it on a regullar basis.
And of those -seriously- using the usenet probally 0,01% is share your
thoughts about how ' your' usenet should look like.

So open your eyes, and get a life.

Just ask people who do have a life -such as Sabri- how you also can become
someone, and be respected for what you achieve, don't become a blackmailling
criminal, who is going to faces charges, -and if we are lucky- a prison
    sentence.

    gtx,

    Eureka.

for people still reading this nonsens some facts:

Finding 18.000 postings while searching on "mendel mobach" in nl.* tree
    http://www.google.nl/groups?as_epq=m...nl.*&lr=&hl=nl

Finding 42.000 posting while searching on tiscali.nl in the nl.* tree
    http://www.google.nl/groups?hl=nl&lr...=Google+zoeken

In the Netherlands we have saying: "De pot verwijt de ketel dat hij zwart
ziet" which means something like: "Do not say someone else is wrong if you
are not seeing yourself going wrong".

Besides this fact, people should boycot Mendel * friends and those domains,
he is not a part of the Dutch internet infrastructure, he is just a big
    consumer.
And he consumes 50% of what all tiscali customers are consuming together.
(yeah, people can 'spoof' domain name etc...etc.., but then again look at
    the BIG picture)
I think that he should pay for the traffic he generated. ISP's should be
thinking about a businessmodel wherin people and organisation that are
consuming allot of bandwith with their 'hobbies' should pay for the costs.
At this moment we all pay for postings like this, in fact ISP's, who people
like Mendel want to blackmail, are paying and facilitating this kind of
    services.
Even if Tiscali Netherland didn't have a news server, newsfeeds towards
their customers -over their backbone- and customers connecting to other
newsservers is paid for and facilitated by Tiscali.

I am not an (former) employee of Tiscali, I don't even like the idea that
internet is fully commercialized, and that any moron can get online (read:
mendel) but some people posting in the last few years in nl.internet.* are
    just so blind.

And what does that mean? There are 18.900 postings with the string "Mendel
Mobach" in it. If you are suggesting that he did 18.900 postings, you are
    wrong.

There are 42.000 postings where people complain about tiscali?

And the relation between these figures is?

Maybe you should practice more in google.

So there's 10.000 postings about or referring to Mendel Mobach. There's
4700 postings about or referring to me. Your point being? I'm not a rogue
canceller, I don't crosspost excessively, and I even think I'm not a very
active participant in (nl.*) usenet. I don't see the "evidence value" in this.

    > Finding 42.000 posting while searching on tiscali.nl in the nl.* tree
    > http://www.google.nl/groups?hl=nl&lr...=Google+zoeken

So there's 42000 postings mentioning "tiscali.nl". This has absolutely
no relevance to the amount of postings (or even worse, rogue cancels) by
tiscali.nl customers, but you knew that I guess?

    > In the Netherlands we have saying: "De pot verwijt de ketel dat hij zwart

In all other countries, there's a saying similiar to "Unless you know

    Oh?

    Your cluelessness amazes me.

the "BIG" picture doesn't show at all in your "research". In fact, your
"research" shows very little. If anything, it shows that google has roughly
42000 messages about people whining over tiscali.nl abuse.

    > I am not an (former) employee of Tiscali, I don't even like the idea that

Are you taking it really personal? Who are you?[1]

This has nothing, absolutely nothing to do with the Tiscali UDP.
Fighting your personal war like this weakens your whole line of
    reasoning.

Besides, why are you wasting so much time replying to this Eureka-guy
    anyway?

You just show you're missing a basic understanding of what the internet
is. That's the nice wording, and I'll not use the badmouthing terms
    (moron) you're used to.

It's not blackmail, it's about other newsadmins not wanting to receive
and transport the abusive messages coming from Tiscali. Their servers,
their rules. The majority of users are not in the possession of
newsservers and thus have no vote. No democracy on the internet, it's
    about private property.

To add insult to injury, this is your second cartooney. Let me tell you,
start your legal action and let us (tinu) laugh.

I was only giving an example of people who are against this UDP.

I don't try to figth a personal war, I still accept messages from
    that server.
