UPDATE:

Emergency maintenance is scheduled on the 19th of August 2008 06:00
CEST. During the maintenance a blade and optics will be swapped.
Maintenance will take about 15 minutes at most.


UPDATE:

Due to outstanding network issues we have decided to replace the
management module. This will be done during an emergency maintenance.
This should improve and stabilize the network platform in Rotterdam.

DESCRIPTION:

On Sunday the 27th of July at aproximately 01.50h (GMT +0200)
an incident occured on the Foundry network platform at De Spaanse Kubus,
Rotterdam.


DETAILS:

The router came to a full halt and reloaded in debug mode.


ACTIONS:

The router has been reloaded and is functioning properly again.

The incident is currently under investigation. Our hardware vendor
has been contacted and documentation regarding the incident has been
handed over.


AFFECTED:

Ingress and egress traffic was compromised at De Spaanse Kubus.
