As a valued customer, Ecatel is committed to keeping you informed about any changes in network status.

This email is to alert you about maintenance we will be performing on our network.

Start time (CET): 06:00
End time(CET): 07:00

We will finish the planned maintenance of 18/02/2008.

We will migrate our core-network to a new Juniper Multiple 10gigabit configuration and upgrade our connection to AMSIX/NLIX.

During this maintenance your connection might experience traffic fluctuations and short interruptions, the maintenance will not take any longer than 60 minutes total.

If you have any problems with your connection after this time, or if you have any questions regarding the maintenance at any point. Please contact noc@ecatel.net

Typo? and why does the maintenance almost takes two weeks?

Het maintenance was geplanned voor 18/02/2008, we hebben het toen niet af kunnen ronden vanwege onvoorziene problemen met de nieuwe hardware. Het maintenance is al eerder aan onze klanten aangekondigd, wij kunnen het maintenance niet 1 dag voordat we het uitvoeren aankondigen aan onze klanten omdat sommige ook weer klanten hebben en op stand-by staan tijdens het maintenance. Vandaar dat het 2 weken later afgerond word.
