Onderwerp: LCL Antwerpen (nucleus) power outage

Dear customer,

At 17h25 we experienced a short power outage in the LCL Antwerp datacenter.

One of the UPS systems failed during a planned generator test, causing a power circuit break in the dataroom.

Even though it was a short outage, some equipment was affected and needed to be replaced or an extended check of disk, datastores, raids etc.

Therefore most of our clients were back online within 5 minutes after the outage, but some clients experienced a longer downtime until the necessary hardware replacements were done.

We will investigate what happened and keep you informed about the details.
