Ter lering en vermaak;
Ik kreeg gister een email van ze. Kennelijk lezen ze dagelijks ook deze topic. Ik citeer:
En hierna werd het nog lolliger:You see now the idea of the NDA is to protect from people who comment and spread inaccurate information, just because they do not have enough information.

. It is more of a prescription from a doctor to a particular patient, considering their issue and health condition (think needs, use case, required performance, existing hardware, their level of technical skills, etc.). These vary a lot from company to company. Thus we NDA, as in many cases if people spread their particular solution online - they'll be dis-informing others or lying publicly.
Dus ik dacht, als het echt ook in het voordeel van de klanten is........ nou ik heb dus even de NDA er bij gepakt en het tegendeel is waar. Heb ze het volgende terug gestuurd:Of course the NDA is also there, so customers feel assured that we do not share their info with their competitors. This makes sense as we are talking to some 50%+ of the NL cloud & hosting providers, for example...
Quote from your own NDA:
“The receiving party shall not (i) disclose any Confidential Information to any third party;”
In this case, only about me. It gets worse.
“The disclosing party warrants that it has the right to disclose Confidential Information”
And
“THE DISCLOSING PARTY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES”
So this NDA is absolutely not for customers in any way.
