lease hardware

i know this question has been asked but i am changing a few details.
i want to lease hardware like dell and HP offer lease pay few like 20-30Eur per month for 24-48 months and then you can get ownership.

is there any local company in Netherlands (Amsterdam) which can lease me hardware?

You can just ask Dell or HP. They have lease services.

I think most people wont help you because you are reselling them for torrents/warez and those things. Its not possible to host torrents in the netherlands since the dutch piracy association (BREIN) is ordering the Colocation Providers to take the servers down.

It's not easy to lease a server, your company must exist a few years and you have to show that you're making profit the last 3 years, etc. Why don't you rent a dedicated server?
