I am looking for someone from linkup or iqarus it's been two weeks no reply from them.

Does anyone knows how to contact them we never got emails back from them nor noc@ Replays to support requests.

Try to call them

I can't call them nor somehow rich them we have servers down there around 50+ hours and no1 replys all last week me and my team are trying to reach them no replys on emails Nothing happens.

Some help or contacts would be nice of you.

Maybe you can try on http://www.webhostingtalk.com i sometimes see some resellers of them post there.

Sounds like they have closed your connections.. they do this with more company's close all conections and absolute no contact..

Meaning they don't want you in their 'datacenter' any more.. best thing you can do is move away as soon as possible.

That's kinda strange why they wouldn't wont me in there ?

Anyway if they dont want me i have to backup my HDD which is having sql databse on it.

Damn sad setuation.

They did exactly the samething with my colocation provider in august... they blocked us for seven (7) Days.. and no contact and no permission to get access and move our servers.. And there are more company's with the same problems... Finaly we got access to the datacenter after contacting 'Bab' (one of the owners of Linkup), maybe you can try to contact him..

Must be some way to reach this guys over there.

If you are a customer you must have a telephone number of one of the Employees of Linkup. Try calling them "A caller is faster"

I did call them.

I got Phone number of ranier and Phone Number of Bap.
Both this guys Mobiles and phones aren't pickup the phones.

You post here @ strange times, did you try calling in dutch office hours? (starting in 2 hours)

Most of the webhosters have a 24/7 phoneline for things like problems.. So that probably won't be any problem.

as i said i tryed calling bap and ranier nothing came out from that.
