Tijd gebruikt, maar veel problemen ondervonden. Mensen hadden niet echt de kennis / ervaring binnen de media om zo'n eindproduct te leveren. Dan liever Cast Control, waar de input gewoon meegenomen wordt. (Hun on demand systeem is vrijwel 1:1 geintregreerd vanuit m'n eigen systeem).

De oude versies van Cast Control zijn gewoon open source en dit biedt een prima alternatief om zelf verder te werken. Open Source in dit geval zels equil. aan gratis. Even zoeken en je kunt hem nog wel vinden.

Zelf blijf ik het liefste nog met Windows Media werken. Een goed schaalbaar systeem, goede cluster en fallover support en goede licentievoorwaarden alsmede costum mogelijkheden. Maar we doen ook wel iets meer dan 100 Mbit aan stream hier....
