We’re from Russia. We place equipment in a Data Center in the Netherlands. We’re buying from a supplier from Holland
We’d like to purchase via leasing for 2-3 years. How can we do that?

Ask your supplier if you can lease the equipment instead of buying ?

Do you think this is possible?

Of course you can go to a bank in Holland, but it will not be easy. Do you also have an official company in Holland? That will make it a little bit easier.
If the bank or you supplier can not help you, you might look around for a business partner / investor overhere.

Couple of options:

1. Check with your DC supplier whom the best hardware suppliers are in the region. Your accountmanager will surely have 2 or 3 contracts.
2. Usually there are 2 or 3 vendors with creative hardware financing possibilities (don't go via Dell or HP) but work via brokers.
3. There's 2 major networking events coming up with NL-iX (17th) in the Hague and WHIR (25th) in Amsterdam where you will find 3-4 potential creative hardare vendors
