I do not use to X-post and most especially cross border post. But since
I believe there is a cross border problem I feel me oblige to override
the rule. Also, I think, but I am not very sure, English is also
official language of the be-hierarchy. If not, my apologies, I will
translate in German. (I hope of not.;-))
What’s going on? For a while, I am sending pictures to
news://free.uk.binaries.canals. I always sent pictures one by one, one
line, one picture. It is not too strong to affirm that a lot of
pictures are lost.
Thanks to a special function on my newsreader Mesnews, I can catch most
or all of the escapees. I use the French version of MesNews and I click
on Forum>>Chargement Spécial des entêtes. I believe, in the English
version it would be Forum>>Special Load of Headers. If it is not
correct, staff of the international team of translators will certainly
give the correct translation.;-) I do not dare to install two different
versions of a program. Windows seems not to like that.
I do not suspect MesNews of the losses of my pictures. Instead I
suspect my ISP, Skynet.be. In effect, I read some complains about
Skynet when it comes to binaries.
That’s why I request, some customers of Skynet, some customers of other
ISP, some users of MesNews, some users of other newsreaders to check if
they got all the pictures sent on news://free.uk.binaries.canals.
Thank you for your cooperation, your kind remarks, your advises.
