Onderwerp: Belgacom ISP Anti-Spam: OPEN PROXY == ?

I recieved a email from antispam@skynet.be:
"You configured a OPEN PROXY server on your connexion."

Someone sent spams using my connexion.

The only thing i've done recently is to configure proxys for Internet
explorer and eMule.
Is it why skynet is angry about me? Or is it emule? Or is it a virus?
