Wel wel wel ... ik dacht dat dat fabeltje al lang de wereld uit was, maar
<http://www.kreanet.be/index2.php> speelt het toch nog klaar om te
beweren:
'Wij registreren ... .eu, ...'
Terwijl de daarvoor officiële instantie
<http://www.eurid.org/FAQ/faq.html> nog steeds ondubbelzinnig vermeldt:
'It is not yet possible to register a .eu domain name nor to make an
official pre-registration for such a domain. We have not yet begun
accrediting registrars so nobody can claim to be a .eu registrar yet nor
can they guarantee to get a particular name.'
'Can I pre-register a .eu domain ? -- Not at the moment. EURid has
currently not yet accredited any .eu registrars through whom official
requests for registration of a .eu domain name can be introduced.'
'I noticed that several companies are offering (free) pre-registration
services for .eu domains. Are these official pre-registrations ? -- No

Ik kan me zo voorstellen dat er nog meer dubieuze providers zijn die .eu's
aanbieden.
