"Telenet Joins 10 Top European Broadband Providers in Licensing Motive
Service Management Software.
Leading Benelux Cable Company Utilizing Motive Automated Support
Technology for High-Speed Internet Customers.
Utilizing Motive software, Telenet will offer self-service broadband
support in order to keep the number of calls to contact centers as low
as possible and assisted service support that will reduce the time
needed to solve problems and increase the efficiency of customer
service representatives.
Telenet has licensed Motive's SmartCare offering, which will provide a
fully automated support solution for all existing and new Telenet
high-speed Internet subscribers. Motive's Web-based e-care solution
will help Telenet subscribers resolve broadband connectivity,
application and service issues should they occur.
In addition, Telenet's call centers will now be able to interactively
work with subscribers to deliver fast automated solutions to problems
that cannot be solved through self-service. By solving many common
subscriber issues through self-service and improving analyst
productivity, Motive SmartCare will lower Telenet's support costs,
improve the overall subscriber experience and reduce churn. "
