Hi,
How is it possible, as a Dane, to get in contact with belgacom.be? My
problem is that "tracert ww.arceurope.com" stops at belbone.be !!!
Is it possible to sent an email? If yes, email address? If I go to
www.belgacom.be it is possible to find a usefull telephone number. I need to
speak to an expert.
Hope someone can help me.

Which are useful numbers if you are calling from within Belgium
An international number is +32 2 202 41 11 (I don't know how long it will
take to get an expert on the line :-)

If it stops at belbone, why contact belgacom?

Just curious, what is the problem? It is common practice not to let
traceroutes pass for whatever reason.

For your problem I'd try contacting the belbone/skynet Network
Operations Center at +32 2 547 51 51
else maybe +32 2 547 51 60

I still don't understand why to contact skynet when it stops at Belbone.
I would contact Belbone.

It probably makes more sense to contact belbone, which are, indeed, in some
obscure way related to Belgacom. If you try to contact Belgacom on a sales
number, they're likely to get a bit confused.

I assume that you have used the traditional means of trying to find contact
details about (possible) routing issues? You have checked in RIPE who is
responsible for the address space, and tried all those contacts?

Experts prefer not to put their phone numbers on the sales and marketing
platforms of the companies who employ them. They have better things to do
than answering calls.

Not directly.
