GSM ISP in belgium?

Hello,

i'm looking for internet service providers (number, user/password) in
belgium that offer (cheap) GSM access numbers without registration.
Something like
http://www.bbst.de/pda/anleitungen/internet/handy/mobil.htm, but for
belgium.

Our aim is the download of small amounts of data (6kb) by an automated
system.

Internet provider scarlet (www.scarlet.be) has a POP on the BASE
(www.base.be) GSM network.

You need to subscribe to scarlet to get a username and password, but
registration is free: https://secure.scarlet.be/free/authenticateForm.do

the access number is 4200 (high-speed-date compatible)
