zoeken domain&web hosting in NL

Hello!

First of all, sorry, but I don't speak Dutch, so I write in English. I found this site in Google and I hope this topic isn't in wrong location.

Anyway, I live in Estonia and I'm looking for domain- and webhosting server what physically locate in Netherland. My requirements are at least 300MB of space and PHP and MYSQL support and year fee isn't over €100.- and what support registrations for foreigns in other EU country.

If anyone could suggest me nice server then I would be very thankful :)
