Bekijk Volledige Versie : Short-term ADSL contracts in Brussels

Folks,

my brother will be coming to Belgium for a short-term work stay, and
would like to sign up for a 3-4 month ADSL contract.

Is there any provider in the Brussels area offering such short-term
contracts?? From what I've seen so far, most seem to require at least
a minimum of one year ....... that'd be way too expensive and
pointless....

Any hints, pointers, are most welcome!!

Greetings from Switzerland,
Marc

I seriously doubt there are many Belgian ISP offering short-term contracts
on a regular basis.

EDPnet does, but gives no details or prices.

Your bro will need an active telephone line for it, which needs to be a
Belgacom line

Maybe your brother can rent a studio that offers internetconnection
included. Soms shortterm flats or studentplaces have that.

Belgacom does this, but it is targetted mostly at once-only events (to
provide stream from eg. a concert). Maybe they have a 3-4 month package.

Kind Regards,

There is the ISP Versateladsl.be who has "FreeAdsl". It is ADSL whit
reduced speed; down 512 kbps, up 256 kbps. You only pay when you use
it. € 0.0425 minuut Not good if you are long online.

The good thing is you can cancel it anytime. Do not forget you also need
a belgacom telephone line.
