Iracks zit in Redbus en ze weten dat ze een probleem hebben.

Ik heb begrepen dat het om de cisco router gaat die het verkeer regelt tussen fiberring & iracks :)

Ze zijn weer online. Het lag waarschijnlijk aan de router, ik neem aan dat er nog wel een status rapport komt.

01-JUN-2004 Network Outage (appr. downtime: 2hrs)

At 16:15 GMT we experienced a network outage due to a route failure between the core router at Telecity 2 and our data area at Redbus Interhouse. Having troubleshooted the issue, the connection was reactivated at around 18:15 GMT.

What will iRacks do to prevent this in the future?

I guess only the CUSTOMERS of Iracks need to know this, and that they can mail Iracks about this.
