Hi,
I decided to post here to find some info about a company, but didnt know the correct forum. I ordered server from nplus1.nl on the 4th May, but havent heard anything from them in 5-6 days, even though they said the server would be up within 48 hours. The thing that worries me is fact that they replied everyday before I paid, and now nothing. No information anything! Has anyone ever ordered a dedicated server from them before? I've been ripped off before, and lack of communication worries me

First off all the 4th may was a friday, so i guess the 48 hours only counts on business days so that would be monday + tuesday, so its only 1 day behind. It also could be they are still waiting on the money transaction to be completed (as that also could take a few days depending on the payment method). Before they proceed on activating the dedicated server, if you still have doubts about it why don't you give them a call, there contact info is on there website (top right: telefoon).

I'm kind of curious about the state of his servers at this moment. Both those domains are not working since a 11/05

Waarom wordt dit op het forum behandeld? En Huib, aan de screenshots te zien ben je Nederlands en Max (van nplus1) is dat ook dus waarom Engels schrijven?

Waarom ik in het Engels schrijf? Ik vraag een status update van iemand die in het Engels een post maakt, waarschijnlijk omdat hij / zij geen Nederlands spreekt... Dus dan is het onverstandig om hem iets te vragen in het Nederlands?
