Telenet <TNET.BR> - Announcement (19:09 25 Jun 2009)

Mechelen, 25 June 2009 - Telenet has decided, in mutual
agreement with Sitel, not to pursue the possible takeover of
the Sitel contact centre in Geel any further.

Telenet, with its clear focus on quality customer service,
continues to have the ambition to develop more call centre
activities itself.

A first step has already been taken by opening a Telenet
contact centre in Aalst (around 50 employees) and next week
the second Telenet centre will open in Sint-Truiden where we
will employ around 90 personnel.

Wow. Dat gaat Sitel pijn doen.

Dat gaat hun partners pijn doen. Zitten die ook niet bij IP Globalnet?
Kan zijn dat ze dat willen verminderen.

In theorie zou het moeten betekenen dat hun service beter gaat worden.
Het hangt er natuurlijk ook vanaf welk deel ze zelf meer gaan doen.
