Yes, ecatel.net, cc.ecatel.net and billing.ecatel.net are OK.
But noc.ecatel.net and customers' servers are down.

Also haven't received any reply from support.

Can't reach their noc either.
Traceroutes towards that IP fail.

My server is 93.174.93.73 - can you ping/trace it?

My servers are in the 93.174.92.x range (location Alphen a/d Rijn). I can't ping your server.

Is http://noc.ecatel.net reachable for you? Haven't you tried to contact support about issues with NOC?

If i visit ecatel.net i see "Currently under maintenance" as title.

Could it be that they've scheduled maintenance but forgot to inform their costumers ?

The service on port 80 is down, but the system is pingable. I guess it's just a coincidence that your server as well the NOC is down. I can ping other servers in the 93.174.93.x range, so probably there's something wrong with your server, and not a network interruption.
