Hello!

Sorry for speaking in English but here is my problem. Few years ago I found hosting providor from this forum, it was "Euro Servers" (www.euro-servers.net). Everything was fine until last week, when suddenly server didn't respond and my webpage was down. My only contact with this person was email address (info@euro-servers.net) but since this domain was/is down too I haven't recived any response for now.

My payment for this hosting was until someday in september. Also I have there important files and database, ofcourse webpage need to be up.

Since this person is or was using this forum, maybe someone could give me a information about he so I can contact with him (name is Pieters Kurt).

Thanks and regards!

Did you try to contact them by phone with the whois information for euro-servers.net ?

(If you're calling from abroad, drop the zero and put +32 in front)

Domain doesn't resolve anymore and nameservers aren't responding so that doesn't look to good ;)

dig a ns1.euro-dns.be @master.ns.dns.be

It is .info

The best thing to do would be to move the domain and put it under ur own name. But u will still need the 'authorisation key' from him.
