Windows Dedicated Server in Germany

Hello. I'm looking for a dedicated server in Germany, with these configurations:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 or better,
Windows 2003 Standart,
4-8 GB Ram,
500 or more Hard Disc Space,
Unlimited Traffic,
1 Gbps Banwidth (possible 100 Mbps),
At least 4 IPs,
The Data Center must be situated in Gemany, if possible, in Frankfurt.

I'm willing to pay about 150-250 euros for the server and need it in two weeks. Thank you for everything.
