Our company offers standard and custom-built managed servers.
Because of some reasons we are looking forward to switch
the partner that provide us dedicated servers.
Company should satisfy the following requirements:
1. At least 3 years in business.
2. Ability to provide both standard (faster setup) and custom-built servers.
3. Provide true 24x7 support with response < 1 hour (phone or IM is better).
We need only hardware and network-like support, not software/OS administation.
Typical things we may request: server upgrade, custom network setup (for example,
for clustering), hardware or network problems diagnose (if any).
4. All the rest administrative tasks (OS install, system repair, etc.)
will be carried out by our administation team. Permanent access to all servers
with KVM/IP and APC reboot port is required.
5. Datacenter in Europe (Schuberg Philis or others). 100 Mbit/s or 1 Gbit/s
server port speed.
6. Ability to accept monthly bank wire payments.
