Please state your hardware replacement policy SLA, or link to policy. Also any included items such as Dos protection, network firewall, etc?

Separate price for on-site or off-site backup service.…per/gig/month….or blocks of 10GB.

Terms: monthly/no minimum contract, with option to change to 12 month contract at later date. (I do not wish to get into a long term contract without first testing the server, support and network over a few months)
