You are right, i just checked the dutch Tax and Customs Administration site and i don't have to pay taxes for delivery outside the European Union.

Excuses from my side.

There is a big difference between goods and services. BW & dedicated are sold as services and not as goods . So still charge VAT

thats not correct. it is not the question if goods or services!
customers outside the european union are not charged VAT
and you can be sure, that i know this because i have a lot of services in Europe

Private people of the European Union who want to order equipment, will have 19% added over the total amount of the ordered material. The same counts for Companies in the Netherlands only.
Companies in the Europe are exempt from VAT but have to give their VAT number.
Private people and companies outside Europe are exempt of paying our Dutch VAT.

btw is nou zoiets dat je niet betaald. Denk er maar eens goed over na. We worden als bedrijf en zakelijke klant alleen maar gebruikt om te incasseren namens de belasting dienst, je betaalt het echter nooit.

your price was really courageously, but this is not everything. i mean that Mainswitch have a very good network, more backbone than you and i will get a private switch.

Can live with that altough i also offered you a Alteon loadbalancing switch and my backbone is tough enough.

But Euroaccess is a good choice as well
