Rick, I'm truely sorry for hurting your feelings

My intention was merely trying to show that each supplier has his own definition of quality. Some consider CogentCO as a top class bandwidth provider, while other would rather go for other bandwidth providers like Abovenet, MCI, Level3, Savvis etc. Don't feel offended by this.

There is nothing wrong to base part of the decision on hear-say, who say's you can/do know everything?

You are right, i just checked the dutch Tax and Customs Administration site and i don't have to pay taxes for delivery outside the European Union.
