I am looking for a new home for my netherlands hosting business. I currently have 18 netherlands based servers. These are high bandwidth servers, running 5mbps to 20mbps each (a total of approx 200mbps).

Can you please provide me with price quotes for the following 2 configurations or something similar:

1 GB DDR Memory
2x 80 GB SATA HD

Can you please answer the following as well:
- how long do new servers take to setup
- can new servers be customized per order (eg, more RAM, bigger disks, etc)
- is there setup fees
- what is the contract commitment
- do you offer Windows and Linux
- do you offer 24/7/365 support for emergency hands-on assistance, for example if the UPS reboot does not work and the server is down. Does this cost extra, if yes how much?
- what are your fees for regular support, eg, a RAM upgrade, and how long do these normally take to schedule

We ask for a minimum of three months commitment, and you will have to give notice at least one month before the end of the commited period.

The servers will be placed in our network (i-Netboys) in Global Switch in Amsterdam-NL.

For the first order, we request a two weeks setup period. With continuation we can offer faster setup, through keeping a larger stock. We also offer Windows server configurations (we have SPLA licenses).

The servers can be customised to your wishes. The setup period may be longer with 'exotic' hardware.

The servers come with a 24/7 hardware SLA. For other issues we offer 24/7 remote hands. The fee depends on the respons time. A 12hr respons time is standard, and only the actual time will be charged at € 49,- excl VAT / hr during office hours, and € 79,- excl VAT outside.

Simpel requests (RAM upgrade, extra harddisk) are free and can be scheduled within 24 hrs.

We do not allow IRC related services (servers, eggdrops etc) and will not host any illegal content as regulated by Dutch law.

You may pay through Paypal and Credit Card. The payment has to be completed not later than 1 week before the commencing month. Set up fees are due when ordering.

may i inform you, those are prices impossible to get in the Netherlands (lowest i've seen is about 20 euro's an mbit i think.. but 10 euro's per mbit is insane, you'll end up at the low budget no service hosters (no offence but its the truth)

We're talking about 100 Mbps commitment, not too "much". You'll end up looking at 9 ~ 13 EURO/mbit with a 100 mbit commitment.

Jinxedworld, as far as I can see on your graphical network overview, your location is connected with a 100 Mbps port. The topicstarter asks for a 200 Mbps commitment. How is that possible with your offer?

I can't find a request for a 200 mbps commitment in the opening post, only that he currently has 18 servers that process 200 mbits total. The total mbits requested are 30 (for the p4 and the Dual Xeon). If this is the case however we'll add an extra uplink and trunk it together, that's not an issue

Dear Luke,

I would like to make you an offer, but I'm interested in what kind of traffic you have running on your dutch servers, since 5-20 Mbps per server is a rather large amount of traffic.
