Please excuse my lack of Dutch. I'm looking for a dedicated server in the Netherlands with the following specs (minimum):

Windows 2003 OS (Enterprise Edition preferred)
MSSQL Database
Dual XEON 2.8 GHz (2.8 is minimum)
2GB DDR ECC RAM (with option for more GB in the future, if possible)
RAID solution
1,000 GB traffic per month (2,000 GB in the future)
99%+ uptime guarantee
English customer support

In addition, my technical team does not know Dutch and therefore, when they are accessing the server to upload files etc, the control panel and all relevant usability should be in English.

Even if what you have available does not match all of my specs above, please post all that you do have. I am interested in all details that you can provide regarding the specific server, your data centre, and your added fees if the monthly traffic exceeds your limit (EUR/GB). Any other details that you would like to provide are also appreciated.

Are you looking for lowbudget or premium (high end) hosting?

While I would not like to pay more than I have to, I am willing to pay what it costs for premium (high end) hosting, inasmuch as it is competitive with other providers in the Netherlands. Just post what you have available and I'll be sure to consider it, thanks in advance!

Would an offer in a Belgian datacenter also be okay or is it really a necessity to have it in the Netherlands?

Your 'Action Offer' looks very interesting. However, could you please explain to me what '2 Mbit 95% Traffic', '5 Mbit 95% Traffic', and '10 Mbit 95% Traffic' means? I see this sort of measurement in many places, but I am unsure how it relates to me if, for example, I have 1,000 GB transfer per month?

Will any of the above be sufficient for 1,000 GB transfer per month, or how exactly does that work? Thank you for your time.
