Small .NET shared hosting

Saw some other threads in english so I assume it's ok. I mostly need mail, basic image storage and a playground for my ASP.NET projects. I always liked speeds towards NL sites (datacenters) which is why I'm asking here.

What I think I need is:

* 2-5GB Transfer
* 10+ POP3
* Webmail/Forwarding/(IMAP/Antivirus/Antispam/Catch-all)
* FTP Access
* 1-2 domains
* 5+ subdomains
* ASP
* ASP.NET
* Code-behind
* MySQL/Access/DSN/(MSSQL)
* Located in a respected NL datacenter (I only know of Redbus and iQarus)
* English support
* English control panel
* Some tools like web-based file manager & db admin
* Some preinstalled ASP components like upload & mail
* (Som preinstalled ASP.NET components)

As I indicated it'll be a private (non-commercial/non-community) site so I don't require around the clock support or the most advanced hardware. Both storage and transfer are based on "just in case" values.
