Ability to remote reboot without human.

Bandwidth: 300 GB monthly
Number of IPs: 10
Datacenter in Europe (Schuberg Philis is preffered)

OS: Fedora Core (1-2) or Red Hat Enterprise
Control Panel: cPanel/WHM (if possible)

Payment: bank wire transfer (after monthly test we can pay for a year at once)
