Onderwerp: NL Hosting needed ASAP

Hi,

My business partners and I require hosting in Netherlands for a crack site. Crack sites are legal in Netherlands, as there is no DMCA equivelent there, and the host previous to the current one had NO LEGAL PROBLEMS with us for over TWO YEARS. A few months ago we moved from a host in Netherlands to another host in Netherlands (Synss@ns) as they offered us cheaper prices. However, this host got scared of hosting us for some unknown reason and is now forcing us to move. We always paid on time and caused them no legal problems, so why they are forcing us to move remains a mystery. We are now seeking a new host, also in Netherlands or in some DMCA free country. We require the following server specs:

-At least 2GB of RAM
-At least 60GB stroage (preferably with RAID-1)
-A P4 2.6 Ghz or faster (preferably dual processor)
-3mbps of transfer (uncapped)

Why does everyone think that crack sites are legal in this Country?
It is illegal to change software, a crack changes software!
(Serials doens't)

And crack sites are often victim of DoS attacks or that kind of things you don't want.

But if you buy your own server and take colocation you are responsible, so colocaters MAYBE will have you as a client.

But I am afraid that it is not allowed to host a crack site here. There is a orginastion who took a look on site with illegal downloads and that's the main reason why the most Hosters don't agree with that.
