I want to rent a dedicated root server. OS should be suse or redhat. 2.0ghz+, 256 mb ram, 20 gig hd, 100mbit+, 20 gig monthly bw, 1 ip.

I need full root access. Payment should be monthly with credit card or paypal or something.

It must be stable. 99 % uptime.
