It is easy to say for ppl that have wage few thousand euro : "hey, wait few days to see what is best for you and in mean time you will save 100 euro so you can pay for setup fee."
And what to do if 100 euro is half of your wage? I know, 95% of ppl will say :" dont go in that bussiness if you dont have money."
But i am just trying to do something to earn some money to make me life little better. i work in internet cafe so i have a lot of time that i can be online.
Anyway as Gualcherius said

and i did not said it must be like i said. Traffic dont need to be unlimited 2-3 TB will be enough too.
but now i know Hetzner is best there is and they have stupid setup fee. anyway i think i will give up of this. i just cant pay for that setup fee ...
