We're looking for some shared/reseller hosting.
The hosting must have a DA control panel. (new provider will assist in the move from our "old" provider to the new provider -> assistance in the transfer of all DA info and files)

It has to be possible to have at least 25 domains, several FTP accounts, some mySQL db's (will not be used to start with), and POP3 accounts.
The website has to be able to send mail (via PHP forms).
System needs to have PHP5 installed (and working ofcourse :-))

1 gig disk should be enough
30 to 50gig transfert too.

The system has to be able to work with the DNS servers of the hosted domais

We do not want to have offers that are within the Leaseweb network.

Before being able to decide what provider we will "use" we will need to have a test-account that will be tested.

Explain how your support department works, via email/instant-messaging/phone, and if it's 24/7 available or not.

Monthly payment has to be possible, and the contract as such can't be longer (initial contract) then 3 months. After those 3 months we can cancel within 1 month.

Is DA only a requirement to be able to restore your old info and files or would a control panel suffice that can import DA backup dumps ? (InterWorx Control Panel can import DA (1.23.5 and up) backups).

On saturday and sunday it is from 10:00 until 20:00 with a slightly slower response time.

Support is handled by ticketing and phone during office hours. Ticket support is often handled after hours. Netrouting is registered as a one man business, however there are a few people working along the side for technical support on/off-site.

You can request a test account by e-mailing sales[at]netrouting.eu, we will process your request today.

Savvas, can you also answer the contract part?
So for the support part this means that when there is a problem Friday evening at 19h (this after normal business hours I suppose) that I have to "hope" for someone that will answer the ticket-based support system?

Monthly/quarterly/yearly, whatever you like. Payment by wire transfer or verified paypal.

All our support after hours is based on best effort. Since you'll be on a shared environment, if you have a problem most likely other people have a problem as well. We monitor our services 24/7 to notice anything going wrong on a particular server.

Question all:
Is it possible to get an IP just for this account, meaning that although it's on the same system as the other shared-hosting-accounts, that I would be the only one having that IP?
And can my existing DA backup be restored on the system and then directly use only that IP?

WST: This is all possible, The costs for this is an additional € 2.50 per month, this is the same price we have to pay for ip addresses
