How much does it cost per additional dark fiber pair ?

Setup 500,- euro , monthly 150,- Euro per fiber.

I can imagine that he wants to colocate hit routing and switching equiptment and directly connect with the AMS-IX, transport networks and carriers, like 99% of the clients located in SARA and Nikhef.

I have not spoken yet with the TS, but i cannot imagine that they would like to offer colocation services from a rack @ Amsterdam Science Park.

We usually do not offer colocation there ourself, unless it is for routing or switching equiptment to connect to parties within SARA and/or NIKHEF. Both SARA and NIKHEF are nearly (or completely) full and charge a high fee for rack rental.
