Some reminders for new clients:

- We do not have all the hardware preinstalled and ready for action, but we order it when we receive an order. We cannot provision within 24 hours, when we get an order, we order it from our hardware vendor, ship it in, test it, install it and put it in our racks. Ofcourse we have spare hardware in our data room, but we do not provide instant setup.

- We send out invoices and expect payment by wire transfer, anything other we currently do not support. We tried paypal and CC, but too many fraudulent orders came trough.

- All servers include 5 IP addresses, you need more according RIPE policy? We will provide them to you for FREE.

- Setup fee for all servers: 49 euro ex VAT.
