4-core 4GB RAM 10 MBit unmetered

I'm in need of a dedicated with:
- 4 highend CPUs (or 2x dualcore)
- 4 GB RAM
- 10 MBit unmetered with possibility for upgrade to 20MBit. No half-duplex 10MBit ethernet, the physical connection must be at least 100 MBit full duplex and bandwidth limitations should be enforced elsewhere.
- Carrier-neutral data centre, preferrably in amsterdam
- SATA or SCSI disk, low space requirements (40-80 GB)
- 32-bit i686 custom linux install
- Preferred but not required: IP KVM, remote reboot.
- No managed services.

10 MBit now, but with a possibility for upgrade later.

Is it also an option to buy a server somewhere and use colocation? If yes would you like to get an offer and would you like a server that comes from a big brand (HP/Dell/Sun/IBM/..)?
