Please write dedicated cpu burst rate ( like 200 MHZ ) for this VPS You will give it.

Do you really think the proposed budget would be reasonable?
I think this won't be possible in The Netherlands nor any other country in Europe.

So think again, and enlarge your budget.

Those prices might be possible outside the netherlands, but I can ensure you nobody on this forum can offer you the specs you want against the price you're offering.

At this moment $1,00 USD is about € 0,78.
I haven't seen any offers below € 15,00 yet, and those had lower specs you provide.
As said before, I really do think you should go up with your budget (think about € 25,00 á/month which would be $ 32,00 USD á/month reasonable!)

Our prizes start at 18,95 with 10GB traffic, 150GB traffic would be an extra 30 euro's.

If acceptable I could make you an offer.
