Job Description:

Our company is a startup in the market for IT service management software. Our patent-pending technology employs cutting-edge virtualization techniques for the simplification if IT management. We are growing to meet customer demand, and wish to improve the quality of the software that we deliver to our customers. We are looking for someone to take responsibility for the creation and management of our testing processes. Although the position invloves 75% coding in the beginning, the future path is towards a full-time testing role. The ideal candidate is young, energetic, and is looking to create a bright future in the field of software testing. We are an open and flexible company and as such the role will be defined to a large degree by the candidate's imagination and drive.

Responsibilities:

* Functional testing of our service management software
* Creating and maintaining test plans
* Maintaining bug tracking system
* Manage quality feedback from customer operations
* Help determine and test non-functional system requirements
* Setup and maintain CVS system
* Help define and improve software testing process

Additional Tasks:

* Peer review of arhcitectural and technical analysis designs
* Help creting software design documents
* Assiting with coding and automated testing activities

Skills:

MH = Must Have

Non-technical Skills:

* Self-starter, ability to take initiative.
